“Who Is Lonnie Amirault?”
Bilingual English and French
Hello! Bonjour!
Amirault - Pronounced like Amir - row
This is a brief history of my life and my goals.
I was brought up and raised in a very small Acadian community called West Pubnico, in Nova Scotia, Canada. This small village of approximately 2500 hundred people, live their lives mainly on the fishing industry and most of them have very simple lifestyles.
My father wasn't a boat fisherman therefore his occupation was limited to onshore, under paying jobs. He managed to find odd jobs here and there selling fresh valley apples, wooden lobster plugs and working on the Magellan Islands as a lobster raft foreman. Father Like Son , as they say, I had to look for other ways to make money..
I always had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was 7 years old. Dreaming of becoming rich someday, and I gambled a lot. Risk taking adventures like Mail Order, Amway, NuSkin, Light bulb Salesman, (did pretty good for an 18 year old), Collier Encyclopedia Salesman, Shoe Store Manager, Jewelry Manager and many in-between jobs to carry me from one day to another. I even setup a complete marketing company to distribute books and clothing from business to business. This was heading into a prosperous lucrative lifestyle, until...
I've read every motivation Book, Video and Audio Tapes from Anthony Robin’s to Zig Ziglar. I developed such a strong inner self that I could encounter any situation head on and still move forward. Failure and Impossible are not in my vocabulary and you can really tell the difference between a newly PMA attitude versus one who has Mettle. My persistence to succeed are extraordinary and People Business is my cliché. I believe everyone deserves a personal touch of self assurance and respect.
My life has been broken up several times due to major adversities which pretty much set me back in many of my ongoing success journeys.
My complete family fell victim to Cancer (inherited type - bad genes you might say) and my Sister was the first to go, followed by my Mother a year later and less than 3 years ago my Father left his blessings behind. Myself at the ripe old age of 47, I've beaten Cancer not Once but Twice! And friends just can't over how young and filled with life I am. No matter how you look at it, there's no one out there that really cares, so it's important for me to continue my journey.
As obstacles pried into my personal life of endeavors, the Cancer treatments, the weaknesses and tiredness really slowed my pace down. I have complete respect and do not envy anyone who undergo these therapies - they are tremendously depressing.
Realizing what was happening I decided to enroll into Herzing College to take a Computer System Technology Course. After one full crash course year of intense studying, I passed with a 86% average, which is a GPA of 3. Passed my A+ exam and received my CompTIA Certification Card. Voila! I'm a certified technician, now what?
I applied for first line service representative at a local ISP in my town. Sympatico owned and operated by Bell Canada using the BellNexxia Infrastructure Internet Network. This is the largest ISP in Canada. In 4 months of complete loyalty and persistence I was promoted to Second Line.
One month later I was sent upstairs as a dedicated/static IP consultant for businesses. I sold so many High Speed Static connections, T1's, ATM's, Hosting, and Advanced Server Farm Packages in 6 months that the company filled my home with expensive gifts. A 57" Sony HD Television, Sony DVD, Complete Sofa and Chair and add on's for the front room, Telescope, Piano, Steam Vac, and many other smaller items.
While I was in this department I continued to upgrade my education becoming very knowledgeable on all aspects of Internet Connectivity, Security, Networks and it's potentials. In less than a year I was contracted out to BellNexxia as IP Consultant to train employees to sell dedicated internet connectivity to businesses for the purpose to do business online. I Trained 100s of agents across Canada.
I was making a very respectable income, however Cancer struck one more time. I had to terminate my employment, had another operation, removed the mutant and after 6 months not a trace of cancer. Cured? That's what the doctors say.
This brings me here, I took up another crash course in Web Mastery and I am no where near what I want to accomplish. I purchased a great source of information from Corey Rudl Internet Marketing Tips and applied many of his ideas and techniques to my online website.
When the eCom ban was lifted in 1991, I helped fight off Internet badware like Worm Viruses, Trojans, Adware, Spyware, Pop-ups, Unsolicited IP Messaging, Email Scams, Identity Thieves, Internet Connection Thieves, and Hackers just to name a few.
I have learnt a great deal from internet coaches such as Yanik Silver, Jim Edwards, Jimmy D. Brown, Joe Vital, Michele Fortier, DR Nunley, Neil Shearing, Armand Morin, Diane Hughes, Dirk Dupon, Frank Kern, Terry Dean, Mark Joyner, Tom Haas, Al Blake, and a Bus Load of other wealthy Internet experts. I thank you all!
Because I’ve done so well with off-line marketing I decided to tie-in off-line into online marketing. The results are outstanding, if not the best going idea I have ever have witnessed.
